Hill’s Peak Fitness & Coaching was born from years of dedication to gathering knowledge and experiences from around the world with one goal: creating a viable means of sustainable health for all people. We believe the best route to overall health for an individual is proper guidance, support, and encouragement. That means different things for different people, and our aim is to find out what you need, and get you to your goals.

About Our Services
Options to Fit Your Needs
Initial Consultations are among the most important in your fitness journey: they represent your determination to make positive changes for yourself, in whatever form they may take. This is a great time to ask any questions you may have about virtual training, or training in general.
Virtual Training Services include live 1-on-1 sessions with your trainer walking you through the exercises, and correcting your form when needed, making sure you get the workout you need, and don't risk injuring yourself.
Fitness Coaching Services do not involve live sessions, instead weekly video check-ins are provided to review the fitness and nutrition regimen provided, and make sure your needs and goals are met.
Nutrition Coaching Services* are included in every plan, because we know the importance of diet AND exercise in building health.
Intensive Guide Services involve a specialized combination of either fitness coaching and nutrition coaching (Fitness & Nutrition), or virtual training and nutrition coaching (Training & Nutrition), depending on the plan selected.
*Nutrition coaching service does NOT include meal planning. Hill’s Peak Fitness & Coaching is working towards adding an meal referencing option! Stay tuned!
